The Drug Shortage Crisis
The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has released a report on the continuing drug shortage crisis. The report concludes that the Medicare Modernization Act (MMA), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and the FDA’s sweeping policy changes are to blame for the current crisis.
